Backpacks

Backpacks are not needed in school. Children will just need to bring in a water bottle, lunch box and book bag, daily. Book Bags are kindly provided by the Broadstone First School PTA for all new pupils.

Jewellery

The ONLY jewellery permissible is a wrist watch. If pupils have pierced ears, only plain studs must be worn in school. No other form or ornamentation is permitted.

Nail Varnish

Only clear nail varnish may be worn.

Hairstyles

We ask that hair styles are neat and tidy.  All long hair must be tied up in school. If hair is too short to be tied up, it must be clipped back.  Any hair clips/bands or accessories should be small in size, discrete and either black or bottle green.

Please ensure everything has your child’s name clearly marked inside.

We ask that you respectfully support us in ensuring that your child arrives at school each day wearing the correct uniform and with the correct equipment. We want all our children to wear their uniform with a sense of pride.

Thank you in advance for your co-operation with this.

Please see our Policies & Procedures Page for the Uniform Policy.
